Robert J. Napleton recently spoke at the 2011 Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, a 36,000 member organization.  The 2 hour program was entitled “Providing Expert Opinion and Testimony.”  Mr. Napleton gave the plaintiff’s perspective.  The 2011 Annual Meeting was attended by 10,279 orthopedic surgeons from all over North America.
