In a partially confidential settlement, our client settled a lawsuit wherein an unnamed physician performed an inappropriate thyroid procedure, causing a chyle leak.
Our client was taken back for a second surgery, wherein he suffered a stroke, rendering him disabled. The settling defendant doctor paid his full policy limits.  Brad Schulman represented the plaintiff.
