On May 20, 2020, a 37-year-old, Chicago, IL resident was killed while riding his bicycle heading in an easterly direction across Taylor Street in Chicago, IL, when he was struck by a motor vehicle traveling northbound on Ruble Street. The collision ultimately caused the death of the bicyclist. The defendant paid their policy limit.
