Bradley Z. Schulman

Mr. Schulman concentrates his practice in medical malpractice and other personal injury litigation including birth injuries, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death cases. Mr. Schulman has tried numerous personal injury and wrongful death cases throughout Illinois, successfully representing both individuals and businesses. He recently helped obtain a verdict for $13.7 million dollars for a child with cerebral palsy.

Mr. Schulman grew up in the Northern suburbs and then went to Lehigh University where he graduated with a B.A. in political science and played varsity baseball for four years. He graduated from Lehigh in 2001. After graduation, he moved back to Chicago where he attended The John Marshall Law School and received his J.D. in 2005, cum laude. Mr. Schulman was selected as an Illinois Rising Star in 2010, 2014, and 2015 editions of Illinois Super Lawyers.

After receiving his law degree, Mr. Schulman began his career defending doctors and hospitals at a prominent Chicago law firm. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Mr. Schulman tried numerous cases to verdicts on behalf of individuals, doctors, and hospitals.

Mr. Schulman is currently licensed to practice in Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Additionally, Mr. Schulman is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.

In 2016, he was named by his peers as one of the “40 Illinois Attorneys Under Forty to Watch.”   Brad has been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in 2010,  2014-2017. He was named an “Emerging Lawyer” in 2015 and 2016 by Leading Lawyers Magazine.
