Nicholas J. Motherway Appointed to the Rules Committee

The Illinois Supreme Court has appointed Nicholas J. Motherway to another three year term as a member of the Rules Committee.  The Rules Committee develops and evaluates proposed changes in Supreme Court rules of procedure and discovery and makes recommendations that a proposed rule be adopted or rejected.

“It has been a great honor to have served on the Rules Committee during the past six years and I am grateful for the opportunity to further serve our profession during another term”, Motherway said.
